PROGRAMMES YOU CAN CHOOSE FROM
–Ministry Subsidised (Saturday Mornings) *Primary and Intermediate Students only for subsidy
- Clarinet, Flute, Guitar, Recorder, Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, Violin
- Groups of 2 to 6 (depends of instrument)
- Beginner to Intermediate level
- The 2023 Annual Fees for Ministry Subsidised lessons is NZ$245 per child ($61.25 per term) (invoiced annually usually 34 lessons per year.)
- Each child is permitted to select only one Ministry Subsidised lesson.
Choir, Band and Consort Performance Groups
2023 Annual Fee is $100 (if enrolled in another class) or $200 (no other class at school)
–Non- Funded (Saturdays)*any student age can enrol
- Keyboard
- Group up to 7
- Beginner to Intermediate level
- The 2023 Annual Fees for Non-Funded Saturday Keyboard lessons is NZ$375 per child. ($93.75 per term) (invoiced annually usually 34 lessons per year)
- NB: Advanced Level students (Grade 2/3 plus) are encouraged to enrol in either a Group of 2 or an Individual Lesson. (see fees below)
–Non-Funded (After School) *any student age can enrol
- Piano, Contemporary Guitar, Drums and all the above mentioned instruments
- Group of 2 and Individual Lessons
- Beginner to Advanced level
- The 2023 Fees for Group of 2 lessons is NZ$20 per 30 minute lesson – (invoiced by school term – usually 34 to 36 weeks per year)
- The 2023 Fees for Individual lessons is NZ$40 per 30 minute lesson ( invoiced by school term-usually 34 to 36 weeks per year.)

-Large Group Lesson up to 6/7 : Choir, Flute, Guitar, Keyboard, Orchestra, Recorder and Violin
-Smaller Group of Two : Clarinet, Drums, Flute, Guitar, Keyboard, Piano, Recorder, Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, Violin
-Individual Lesson : Clarinet, Drums, Flute, Guitar, Keyboard, Piano, Recorder, Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, Violin
RECOMMENDED AGE per INSTRUMENT
-AGE 5+ : Recorder
-AGE 6+ : Keyboard, Piano, Violin, Ukulele*
– AGE 8+ : Cello, Drums, Guitar, Choir, Orchestra
– AGE 10+ : Clarinet, Flute, Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone
*(not offered in 2023)
PERFORMANCE GROUPS
We encourage all students to audition/join one of our Performance Groups
–Choir : Age 5 to 7 – 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm and Age 8 to 12 – 1:05 pm to 1:45 pm (all levels welcome)
–Orchestra : *not offered in 2023 (intermediate and advanced students only)
–Rock Band : *not offered in 2023 (intermediate and advanced students only)
–Recorder Consort : 11:00 am to 11:45 am (intermediate and advanced students only)
