Carey Chen

Carey currently teaches flute classes at Marshall Laing Music School.

She has been playing the flute for 12+ years and started teaching at the music school in mid-2021. She achieved ABRSM
Grade 8 with Distinction in 2021.

She has been involved in many musical opportunities within and outside of school throughout her musical journey, including chamber music ensembles, orchestras, concert bands and big bands, through some of which she has competed on a national scale.

Carey strives to provide a fun and enriching learning environment where every student has the potential to thrive.
